SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- During checkout, you’ll see the available delivery options based on your delivery address.
- After placing an order, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email.
- When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
- Our warehouse only operates during normal business hours.
Delivery Period
- Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines.
- You are not entitled to a compensation if a delivery period is exceeded.
- We are entitled, insofar as reasonably possible, to make split deliveries so that you receive your products as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you.
- If we are late delivering a part or one split order is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other part of split order.
Retention
- We retain the ownership of each product delivered until payment in the amount due for the respective product is made fully and received by us. The risks relating to the products shall be transferred to the customer at the time the products are handed over or of default of acceptance.
- In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to claim the ownership of the respective product.
EU SHIPMENTS:
- Delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EU:
- Delivered within 7 to 21 business days.
- The prices quoted are the total prices excluding VAT, GST and/or taxes).
- For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer.
- These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
- Such costs can also be incurred in relation to the transfer of money if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
Shipping Inquiries
- Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address or shipping method after you submit your order.
- If your shipment is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse, and we will inspect the reasons and contact you.
