RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right to Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that should you be unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please inform us within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason and receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Even if you’ve used the product!
Returned item(s) must be undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
We can send you a return address label free of charge. However, you will have to cover the cost of your return shipping. Alternatively, you can choose to use a carrier of your choice.
We will not accept returns for customized products or items purchased outside of the Clean Watercom website.
What do we need?
To start a return request, please contact us and don’t forget to provide the order number, the reason for your return or what we can improve to make the product work for you.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to return before the cancellation period has expired.
If your product was purchased from another retailer, you’d need to request a refund from that retailer.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order had qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case the product does not work properly – you are covered by the warranty to replace until you are satisfied. If you decide not to want a replacement product, you will receive a full refund – minus return shipping costs.
Please note that any warranty replacements will be provided with the current available inventory.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your product, the easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
